1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts and off-premises contracts. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded. When purchasing a cryotherapy chamber, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
For a contract covering several goods ordered together but delivered separately, the period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item.
